Ms. Kendirjian directs and oversees all of the firm’s telecom property management functions, including without limitation to day-to-day oversight; wireless project reviews of proposed cell site modifications, leases, and lease amendments, as well as over-occupancy detection and resolution.
Lory has been directly involved in the government and private review of over 3,000 wireless site matters in California and New Mexico. She trains government planning professions on how to effectively and efficiently review wireless applications consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
